Summer House / Play House / Shed with interior solar lighting (8ft x 8ft x 6ft) !

For sale is our lovely Summer House. We are gutted to be selling it, the kids absolutely love it but we are having to move house in a rush & the garden is tiny and it is too large to keep in the garage. We only bought the summer house in March this year. We fitted a brand new felt roof as it had been used as a display model. We still have just over 1/2 a roll of felt left over, this will be included, so it will do the roof again when is needed. The wood is of high quality (we think Scandinavian) it is 3/4 inch thick. It is naturally Pine as you can see from the inside pictures. It has been treated and has been stained on the outside. It is 8ft high, 8ft wide and 6ft deep. We recently fitted Solar powered lighting. There are x2 light fittings inside with a remote control (can be attached to the wall as seen in picture 11) the solar panels can be seen in picture 3. This system cost 57 only 2 months ago. Also, only 4 weeks ago my father in law kindly made some comfy pads for the kids to sit on which will also be included. The remainder of the house is in great condition.
